RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy for most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Artwork

Original artwork must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be:

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Returned at the buyer’s expense (shipping is non-refundable)

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on shipping for any artwork purchase.


General Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return (non-artwork items), your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards (non-refundable)

  • Sale items (final sale)

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you may return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
